The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel 2×13 “Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number” Review
“Age Ain’t Nothing But a Number” starts with Abigail (Sally Pressman) and Zeek (Patrick Fischler) on the road together. They are both very anti-marriage, but Abigail finally wants to be a husband and a father. However, her future is thrown into doubt when someone very close to her dies.
The episode’s flashbacks reveal that Zeek has always been anti-marriage, but Abigail now wants to be a wife and a mother. The two start a relationship, but when she tells Zeek she wants to get married, he says he doesn’t want to get married.
Abigail is heartbroken when she hears that her friend has died. However, it turns out that she died of cancer, which Abigail didn’t know. How will this impact her relationship with Zeek?
Abigail is grieving but has to get on with her life. This is one of the first episodes where she and other cast members have done real live television.
The Good
